• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Impersonating another user or accessing their account without authorisation.
• Attempting to make risk-free profits by placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting).

Kox8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of the Terms and Conditions is found.
• False or fraudulent information is submitted during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• An account can be closed at the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no rule violations are found, the balance will be refunded after verification is complete. Any bonus-related funds are non-refundable.
